This cute baby amigurumi is very suitable for baby’s and small kids. The pattern doesn’t have safety eyes (who are actually not safe for 0-3 years) and doesn’t have any loose parts except for the diaper which you can sew to the baby amigurumi.
The diaper is an loose part which can be done and undone with buttons. This is much fun for kids cause they can now also change the diaper of a baby.
In this patterns I use a rattle disc. Rattle discs stimulate the baby’s senses like sight and hearing.
The baby amigurumi is sitting approx. 18cm high, 15cm wide and 12cm deep (incl. feet).
The yarn you’re using and the tension you crochet with will decide the finished size.
I’ve made the baby amigurumi with an 2.5mm crochet hook and Scheepjes Catona yarn.
In this pattern you find the step for step explanation of how to make the baby amigurumi.
The pattern is easy to do for everyone who knows the basic stitches, there are a lot of pictures in the pattern.
